2. How to Return an Item

- Pack the Item: Please pack the shoes securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have received the return authorization, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
- Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping if the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.
5. Refunds
