1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Please see the available shipping methods and expected delivery times below:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
    • Cost: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
    • Cost: $12.99
  • Next Day Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day (next day)
    • Cost: $24.99

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.

Please check your email for updates. You can also track your order on our website by entering the tracking number in the “Order Tracking” section.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We recommend using a physical address for faster delivery. However, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
  • Next Day Shipping: $24.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and the total weight of your order.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If there is an issue with the shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@luciannashoes.store to correct the address.


7. Order Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at service@luciannashoes.store as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide assistance in resolving the matter.
